All proceeds from the WI Reads Act 20 Professional Learning Series will be used to provide partial scholarships for mandatory early reading instruction professional development required by Wisconsin 2023 Act 20 for Wisconsin higher education faculty, K-3 teachers, elementary principals, and reading specialists.
