WI Reads is thrilled to have Perry A. Zirkel present Act 20 in the Context of Legal Developments Nationally: An Impartial Legal Analysis. He will be sharing an impartial national legal perspective including systematic review of the IDEA and Section 504, various state laws, and court rulings specific to K-12 students with dyslexia. 

  • The two hour live webinar will include a 90 minute presentation followed by 30 min Q & A session.

  • A video recording of the 90 min presentation will be available to registrants following the webinar until February 18, 2024.

Perry A. Zirkel is university professor of education and law at Lehigh University, where he formerly was dean of the College of Education and more recently held the Iacocca Chair in Education for its five-year term.
